Saturday Sweat/Revival Series
A 50-minute, rhythm-driven class that infuses stretch, cardio, and meditation movement exercises. Release toxins and stress in the body, stimulate blood flow to the brain, build endurance and improve flexibility. All of this, in a relaxed setting with curated music, enhancing the experience.
